Job Description
We're partnering with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company to identify an experienced Area Manager to drive business growth across East Malaysia.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who is passionate about coaching high-performing teams, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering sustainable business results.
The role oversees a well-established Cardio Metabolic & Venous Diseases (CMVD) portfolio and is responsible for driving growth across Private & Government Hospitals, while expanding the GP Clinic and Pharmacy channels throughout Sarawak, Sabah and Brunei.

Requirements
- Proven experience in ethical pharmaceutical sales with sales leadership or people management experience.
- Strong exposure to Private and Government Hospitals; experience with GP Clinics and Pharmacy channels is advantageous.
- Preferred experience within Cardiovascular, Cardio Metabolic, Venous Diseases, Internal Medicine, or related therapeutic areas.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, business growth, and coaching high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Willingness to travel across East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah & Brunei).
