Job Description

Assist in developing personal care, toiletries, and color cosmetics formulations based on commercial team requirements.
Keep updated on market trends and support the development of innovative formulations.
Respond to customer technical enquiries through the sales team and coordinate with principals on technical information.
Support product quality complaint reporting and follow-up with principals.
Prepare and update sales toolkits, presentations, and product concepts to support promotional activities.
Record laboratory activities, formulation trials, and finalized formulations in CRM.
Support knowledge sharing and best-practice transfer between the lab and sales teams.
Support customer visits and technical discussions when required.
Manage day-to-day laboratory operations while ensuring health, safety, and compliance.
Coordinate incoming samples from principals and support sample repacking and handling.
Provide backup support for the Samples Department when required.

5–6 years of experience in personal care, cosmetics, formulation, laboratory, or related industries.
Knowledge of personal care ingredients and formulation processes.
Familiarity with skin care, hair care, body care, or cleansing applications is an advantage.
Good laboratory, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
