  Job Description

  We are looking for a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive to drive visual merchandising and retail execution across Malaysia, translating global and regional guidelines into impactful local executions across key retail channels.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Execute visual merchandising, product launches, seasonal animations and HPPs across key retail points of sale
  • Localise and implement global/regional VM guidelines and planograms, ensuring brand consistency and optimal product visibility
  • Conduct store visits to audit VM execution and maintain brand standards
  • Coordinate store openings, HPPs and beauty events from planning through execution
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, mall personnel and other external vendors for installations, maintenance and VM execution
  • Coordinate VM-related video, photography, reporting and competitor analysis
  • Support trade event budgeting and post-event reporting

  Requirements

  • 3–5 years of retail visual merchandising experience, preferably in cosmetics, skincare or luxury retail
  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp or AutoCAD
  • Strong retail and commercial awareness, with an understanding of consumer behaviour and product visibility
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Proactive, hands-on and professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation
