  Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's presence across regional markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the electronics, technology and industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key OEMs, ODMs and manufacturing partners.
  • Drive commercial growth through strategic account development and new customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with international stakeholders to identify market opportunities and expand the customer base.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, preferably Electrical & Electronics.
  • Strong business development or technical sales experience in steel, aluminium, metal components, extrusion, CNC machining or related manufacturing industries.
  • Established network within the electronics and technology manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Experience managing regional customers or business development activities across Asia.
  • Previous experience working in China or collaborating closely with China-based stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
