  Job Description

  1. Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to handover, ensuring timely, safe, and profitable delivery.
  2. Manage and mentor technical teams, including Control Engineers and Project Engineers, while ensuring effective resource allocation across projects.
  3. Act as the key escalation point for technical and operational challenges during project execution.
  4. Manage project P&L, including cost control, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
  5. Identify project risks, including design, commercial, and execution risks, to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  6. Manage procurement activities, including subcontractor and supplier selection, purchase requisitions, and claims verification.
  7. Ensure project compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
  8. Coordinate with sales, engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  9. Provide technical oversight on building automation, ACMV systems, chilled water optimization, and energy management solutions.
  10. Ensure testing, commissioning, and installation activities comply with standards such as ASME, SMACNA, IEC, and EECA requirements.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in project management or engineering execution within HVAC, Building Automation, or Energy Services.
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge in project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement management.
  • Good negotiation skills with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Proficient in project management and financial tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage site and project challenges.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ACMV equipment installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
