  Job Description

   

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
  • Conduct product testing, evaluations, and application development activities.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams on new product and application development based on market needs.
  • Identify and develop new applications and business opportunities.
  • Support customers through product trials, technical presentations, and training.
  • Recommend suitable product grades and formulations based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and regulatory-related information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and engagement.
  • Monitor customer activities and support business objectives.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including technical, commercial, and regulatory functions, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.

  Requirements

   

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in technical service, application development, product development, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Knowledge of polymers, plastics, additives, compounding, or injection molding processes is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
