  Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of FMCG brands and serve as the key liaison between principals and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop business plans and monitor commercial performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis, providing recommendations to support business growth.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
  • Monitor demand forecasts, inventory levels, and product shelf life to minimize stock-related risks.
  • Support promotional planning and execution while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and identify growth opportunities.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, or Commercial Management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in business planning, forecasting, inventory management, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
