  Job Description

  • Production & Capacity Planning: Develop capacity plans, set production schedule priorities, and allocate resources to meet customer demand and sales forecasts while optimising manpower, inventory levels, and delivery costs
  • Budget & Performance Management: Develop, manage, and monitor department budgets, driving achievement of targets across product quality, labour efficiency, production yields, and departmental spending
  • Quality & Compliance: Champion adherence to GMP guidelines, SOPs, and quality regulatory requirements across all department activities, embedding quality and customer satisfaction into the team's culture
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Logistics, HR, and Finance to optimise business performance and coordinate the smooth introduction of new products
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop production teams through effective communication, coaching, and growth opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a Technical discipline, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within an MNC.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence large teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
