    Senior Supply Chain Specialist

    Job Description

    1. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchase orders, order fulfillment, logistics, import/export shipments, customs clearance, billing, and delivery coordination.
    2. Monitor backorders, shipment schedules, and inventory levels to ensure product availability and service excellence.
    3. Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders on supply and logistics activities.
    4. Maintain inventory accuracy, manage consignment stock, conduct stock counts, and minimize write-offs through effective inventory control.
    5. Prepare sales forecasts, supply reports, shipment updates, and supply chain performance analyses.
    6. Control logistics and warehousing costs, support budgeting, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    7. Ensure accurate SAP master data maintenance, transaction processing, and year-end SCM activities.
    8. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, GDPMDS standards, and audit requirements.
    9. Drive process improvement, automation initiatives, and continuous enhancement of supply chain operations.
    10. Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as assigned.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
    3. Strong knowledge of import/export logistics, shipment coordination, and inventory management.
    4. Experience managing 3PL warehouses and consignment inventory is an advantage.
    5. Proficient in SAP/S4 (MM, SD, O2C) or similar ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
    6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
    7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
    9. Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG is preferred.
    10. CSCP certification/training is an added advantage.
